3. Structure Overview
3.1 Overview
CHREMA is a blockchain project that integratively provides real-world asset (RWA) based products and Web3 utility functions within a single platform. Unlike operating through subsidiaries or partners, CHREMA directly manages RWA issuance, investment product operation, utility token usage, and financial services all in one place. This integrated structure enables seamless user experience across asset issuance and management, token ecosystem, and overall user services.
3.2 Key Components
RWA Issuance and Management Tokenized investment products backed by real assets (gold, gold mining rights, etc.) are offered. Users can directly deposit CRMC tokens within the CHREMA platform, receive RWA tokens, and earn regular returns.
Utility Function Integration Beyond RWA products, the platform connects native wallet, staking, deposit rewards, and future DeFi-linked products into one cohesive ecosystem.
Smart Contract Automation Core processes such as token deposits, SBT-based RWA token issuance, revenue distribution, and investment withdrawals are transparently automated through smart contracts.
3.3 Connection Structure of GOLDX (RWA) and CHREMA
Real-world revenue → GOLDX issuance → DeFi liquidity → CHREMA rewards
Real gold mining and distribution → increased RWA holdings
GOLDX tokens are issued at a 1 GOLDX : 1 troy ounce (31.103g, 99.95% purity or higher) ratio based on the underlying holdings
GOLDX tokens can be traded and staked on the blockchain
GOLDX holders can provide liquidity and stake on DeFi platforms
CHREMA tokens are distributed as rewards to liquidity providers, stakers, and ecosystem participants
CHREMA tokens are reused within the platform for utilities such as DEX, governance, and bridging
3.4 Differentiators and Advantages
Clear revenue source: based on real mining profits
Legal structure separation: distinct separation of RWA and utility tokens
Transparent holdings verification: third-party audits and on-chain disclosure
Integrated liquidity: supports swaps with BTC, ETH, USDT, and other assets
