GOLDX (RWA Token)

GOLDX Issuance Structure

1. Tokenization of Gold-Based Assets

  • Tokenized Gold Asset: GOLDX represents the process of converting physical gold into a digital asset. Physical gold is securely held and backed by certificates and attestations verifying its authenticity.

  • Gold Backing: Each GOLDX token is pegged to a specific amount of physical gold, enabling users to leverage tangible gold assets in a digital environment.

  • Proof of Holding: Multiple systems, including gold holding certificates and audit reports, are implemented to guarantee that GOLDX tokens correspond to real physical gold reserves.

2. GOLDX Token Structure

  • Token Type: GOLDX is an ERC-20 token, with each token representing 1 troy ounce (31.103g) of gold with at least 99.95% purity.

  • Smart Contract: The issuance, trading, and redemption of GOLDX tokens are managed by blockchain smart contracts, with token supply adjusted according to actual physical gold reserves.

  • Circulation: GOLDX tokens are managed via digital wallets. Users can deposit BTC, ETH, USDT, or CRMC tokens on the CHREMA platform to exchange for GOLDX tokens.

3. RWA (Real World Asset) Tokenization Process

  • Securing Physical Gold Assets: GOLDX obtains physical gold directly through mining operations and secures relevant supporting documents and audit reports.

  • Gold Asset Tokenization: Physical gold assets are converted into GOLDX tokens via smart contracts, maintaining a 1:1 peg of one token to one troy ounce of 99.95%+ pure gold.

    • Trust and Verification:

      a. Monthly audits by independent third-party accounting firms verify gold reserves against GOLDX token circulation.

      b. Gold storage facilities undergo certification processes by national associations or trust companies.

      c. Real-time gold reserves and token circulation data are transparently published on the blockchain.

3. Token Economy

3.1 Gold Holding and Liquidity Provision

  • Physical Gold Backing: GOLDX maintains a proportional reserve of physical gold corresponding to the issued tokens, allowing users to redeem tokens for actual gold anytime.

  • Liquidity Assurance: GOLDX bridges physical gold assets and token liquidity, facilitating easy asset liquidity for users. Various mechanisms support GOLDX token liquidity, including usage as collateral in DeFi activities such as lending and staking.

  • DeFi Integration: GOLDX tokens can be used within the CHREMA platform for swaps, liquidity pools, and other decentralized finance features, enhancing overall asset utilization and ecosystem participation.
